Ambient Air Cleaners are designed to capture airborne pollutants and keep plant air below OSHA and NIOSH PEL limits. This can be a very cost effective way to provide, clean safe air to plant employees, while eliminating the need to exhaust expensive heated or cooled air outside. Ambient cleaners use ductless air movement to capture pollutants when source capture is not possible, or as secondary means to help contain residual air contaminants.

The MXT Series of ambient air cleaners are our best selling and most economical solution when source capture is not possible. Dirty air is drawn through, up to three stages of filtration, on both ends of the cabinet and then exhausted out the front. Creating a T-style pattern of air movement. These units work well for dust, smoke, mist, and fumes.

One of our most versatile product offerings the MX series can be used in multiple applications like dust, smoke, mist, or odors. The larger units can be used as ambient or ducted to a source capture process. With up to four stage filtration, including optional HEPA or RCM (refillable carbon modules), the MX series draws contaminated air through one end and exhausts it out the other.
